SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
All orders are handcrafted and take 2–3 business days to process, with dispatch within 3–5 business days of payment, unless otherwise stated.
UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For (2–3 working days). A signature is required.
International deliveries are sent via DHL (3–6 business days). Tracking details will be provided by email.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as refunds will not be issued if items are returned due to incorrect addresses. Delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs charges and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Items returned due to refusal to pay fees will not be refunded, though store credit may be offered after shipping fees are deducted.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is dispatched, the package becomes the customer’s responsibility. Ankhara Ltd. cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen items. Any claims must be filed directly with the courier.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for store credit within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Items returned worn or unclean will be sent back to the customer.
Returns are for store credit or exchange only, unless the item is faulty or Ankhara Ltd. is at fault, in which case return postage will be covered. To request a return label, please email info@ankhara.com. Once received, items will be inspected and you will be notified when your return is processed.
Due to the use of natural leathers, slight variations are part of the material’s character and are not considered grounds for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and deducted from store credit. Refunds for faulty items will be issued to the original payment method (minus shipping costs) after inspection.
