Shipping & Delivery
All orders are handcrafted and processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For and usually arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
International orders are shipped via DHL and generally arrive within 3–6 business days after dispatch. Tracking information will be provided via email.
Yes. Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over £300.
Unfortunately, delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
Returns & Refund
We accept returns and exchanges for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds are only available for faulty items. All other approved returns are issued as store credit or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with the order.

No. Sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom and personalized items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
Faulty Items
Faulty items should be returned within 14 days of receipt.
If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or exchange once the item has been returned and inspected.
Customs & International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund, although store credit may be offered after deducting shipping costs.
Orders & Cancellations
Yes, orders can be changed or cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Cancellation requests are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Cancelled orders are eligible for store credit only. Refunds are not available for cancelled orders.

Yes. Every Ankhara bag is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Nigeria and Senegal using traditional craftsmanship techniques.
Each bag is made using natural leather and handcrafted processes, meaning slight variations, marks, creases, and texture differences are part of its unique character.
Yes. We produce small batches using carefully sourced materials, making each collection limited and unique.
Customized pieces generally require approximately 4–8 weeks for production.
