Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are handcrafted and take 2–3 business days to process, with dispatch within 3–5 business days of payment, unless otherwise stated.

  • UK deliveries: Royal Mail Second Class Signed For, 2–3 working days. A signature is required.

  • International deliveries: DHL, 3–6 business days. Tracking will be provided by email.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as refunds will not be issued if items are returned due to incorrect addresses. Delivery addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs charges and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Items returned due to refusal to pay fees will not be refunded, though store credit may be offered (shipping fees deducted).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is dispatched, the package becomes the customer’s responsibility. Ankhara Ltd. cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen items. Claims must be filed directly with the courier.

Additional Policies

  • Each piece is handmade, so slight variations are part of its unique character.

  • Customised pieces take approximately 4–8 weeks to produce.

  • All designs, including custom orders, are the intellectual property of Ankhara Ltd. and may not be reproduced.

  • Wholesale inquiries are welcome—please contact us directly.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled online before they are shipped.

If you wish to make a change, we are happy to cancel your order so that you may place a new order or receive store credit. Once an item has shipped, however, we are unable to cancel the order with the carrier.

Cancellations will be processed within 2–3 business days of your request.

Refunds: Please note that cancellations are eligible for store credit only; we are unable to issue refunds for cancelled orders. Once your cancellation has been completed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
