Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Items returned unclean or worn will be sent back to the customer.

Returns are for store credit or exchange only, unless the item is faulty or Ankhara Ltd. is at fault, in which case we will cover the return postage. To return your item, please email hello@ankhara.co to request a return label. Once received, we will inspect your item and notify you when your return has been processed.

Please note: as we use natural leathers, slight variations between pieces are part of the material’s character and cannot be considered grounds for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Any label or shipping costs will be deducted from store credit. Refunds for faulty items will be issued via the original payment method, minus shipping costs, once the returned item has been received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance


Faulty Items

In the rare event an item arrives faulty, we will offer a full refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the item within 14 days.
